what we hold, why, and what we never do

The short version
Your quiz answers never leave your device. We only hold what you type into a form, we use it only to send you the thing you asked for, and we don’t sell data, run advertising cookies, or track you around the internet.
Who we are
Beginwell is an Australian business operating at beginwell.co. You can contact us about anything in this policy via the contact form or at getstarted@beginwell.co.
What we collect, and why
Forms. When you register interest in a session, join the kit list, or send a message, we collect what you provide — typically a name, an email address, and your message. We use it to respond, to send session details, or to tell you when the kit is ready. Nothing else.
The quiz. The friction quiz runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and results are not transmitted to us, stored by us, or visible to us — they exist only on your screen, and disappear when you leave.
Technical. Our web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this policy will change first.
Where your details are processed
Form submissions and email lists are handled by our service providers — currently Netlify (our website host, which receives form submissions), Zapier (which passes those submissions to our email list), and Systeme.io (our email list service) — whose servers may be located outside Australia. We choose providers with their own published privacy commitments, but by submitting a form you acknowledge this overseas processing.
We only email you if you asked us to, every email includes a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is honoured immediately. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. One email does it.
Retention & security
We keep your details only as long as needed for the purpose you gave them, and we take reasonable steps to protect them. No internet service can promise perfection; we promise honesty if anything goes wrong.
Age
Our services and mailing lists are intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect details from anyone under 16.
